I’ve seen Dr. Brina Maldonado multiple times now & can confidently say she is the most personable & thorough gynecologist I have ever had. She does not make you feel like she is in a rush & is invested in you as a patient & as a person. I have never felt like she was judging me or my decisions. She educates & discusses options that are pertinent to you as an individual. Her approach is not overly aggressive which is refreshing to know she’s not prioritizing insurance codes to bill to benefit what she collects in payment. I only have great things to say & highly recommend her. Thank you, Dr. Maldonado.
Dr Maldonado is the best. I have been seeing her for about 25 years. I love her so much I even stayed with her when pregnant and they didn’t take my insurance. She is kind and very caring. The office is great and I never wait long to be seen.
I have had a good experience with Spring Ob-Gyn. They do tend to be pretty crowded, but everyone is efficient and friendly. Lauren is my NP, and she is considerate, thorough, and knowledgeable. I will continue to come here as long as it is covered by my insurance.
The clinic itself is inviting & pristine. Every member of the support staff I interacted with were kind and helpful. I saw Toniann for my exam, and she was compassionate, efficient, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated her taking extra time with me to make referrals and feel comfortable with my plan of care going forward. Stellar practice!
Sad to affirm the front desk more often than not has terrible attitude. I am calling to follow up anxiously about test results but was met with condescension and dismissiveness. I can't say to the quality of doctors overall as I only work with one, but so far has been fine. Reception really leaves a bad taste to my experience when I go in person or when I need to call though.
I've been going to Dr. Flagg for over 5 years. She's incredible, you never feel you're being rushed through the conversation and she genuinely responds to your questions and concerns. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful for any concerns or questions you have! Definitely recommend.
Dr. Wade is truly the best. She goes above and beyond, gives her honest opinion but encourages you to choose what you want and respects it, great bed side manner and truly cares about your well-being. Will never need a new gyno as she has this covered!!
Love the doctors but the front desk never picks up after putting you on hold. Please fix patient administration. My original appointment was auto-rescheduled to a new date that no one checked or confirmed with me. And now I can't cancel it because the system won't allow it and I can't get through by phone. And I will be auto charged a no-show fee. Not acceptable.
